At first I thought this flash was going nowhere, especially when the...thing with five legs showed up. But once if flashed the cop, that was just prime. Well done, sir. What you lack in artistic ability you certainly make up for in atmospheric judgement (the music was perfect, and the blank face made it all the better). I like the replay screen too - work on your art a bit and I think you could make something truly... Creepy.

But that... Face... was genius. The music was perfect, it fits the mood really well. Try something more abstract, I think you may have a knack for something like that.

Don't submit this in parts. If you continue the rest like this - you'd have something truly epic. Breaking this into parts will just nullify any awesomeness it has.

Well let's get what you need to work on out of the way. I'm going to guess that you made those sprites in an outside program, hence the blue background blocks. If your going to do that, you want to save them as .gifs so they will have transparent backgrounds. (Or use the trace bitmap function).
It sounds like you didn't practice the lines before you recorded them - you need to put more emphasis in your voice. Also you need to get a new mic - since you have that buzzing problem. (Or if you use Audacity to record you can get a sample of the fuzz and it will cut it out for you).
As far as your trial running out, You don't need to spend 700$ on Flash. You can start with something cheap, I'd suggest Sothinks SWF program - since it's cheap and easy. Or if you want to go right to Flash itself you can find Flash 8 for just 300$ if you hunt around for a bit.
But you do have one talent here, you are good at sound effect placement, so keep that up.
Well, you have skills.
The only real problem with this flash is that there's no music. You have a good style and ability, keep it up.

Alright, I'm just going to say it.
Crap. Short and sweet. Do this to your next one:
The scene change: You tweened the TV static - not a good idea, all you need for that effect is two frames in a movie clip, with the static picture moved over just a little bit.
The humor: Dumb humor isn't that funny - the reason RC can pull it off is because of the way they present it.
The graphics: Bad. You need to speed it up first of all, make it smoother and put more effort into it (rather than just putting a circle on king Leonidas).
The voices: WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T USE A COMPUTER VOICE! They are not funny nor entertaining, record your own and put a butt-load of emotion into the audio if you want it to be funny.
I hope to see a better version in the future :).

In all honesty if you watch this for like a minuet it gets a bit creepy. So I'll give you a 1 for pulling that off.
Although I can't think of any type of movie you could make out of this, I could see it as some sort of game - try that.
